Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. All sales are final once the product has been opened or used.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@elurabeautyco.com with a photo of the issue. We will resolve this immediately with a replacement or full refund.
Unopened Items If your item is unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hello@elurabeautyco.com to begin the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
